The BearingPoint Management Consulting Real Estate and Capital Asset Solution Global Practice is currently searching for Senior Consultants to join its highly talented team of professionals.Location: DallasRelocation: No Primary initial client is a Federal Government agency project team assisting the client in real estate property management, design and construction, project management and developing asset management solutions.Responsibilites include: ? Assist Agency with meeting the real estate property and asset management responsibilities of the organization? Analyze Agency?s asset management practices, including acquisition, operations, and disposal, and provide suggestions for improvements in the property life cycle? Evaluate client strategies and performance targets? Assist in the development of Agency-wide initiatives to improve the management and operations related to real property? Calculate and analyze quantifiable performance measures related to the Agency?s real property management? Develop verification procedures to ensure that the Agency?s inventory is tracked and reported accurately and effectively at the constructed asset level? Participate in providing design and construction solutions? Project manager for large scale implementations? Additional requirements as directed by client managementPerformance Requirements:? Minimum 5 - 7 years work experience with at least one year in a consulting environment. Degree in architecture is preferred or commercial real estate planning, development, management, or corporate finance? Experience with design/build for large scale projects? Work experience on project teams? Problem solver with strong analytical skills? Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy? Strong oral and written communication skills withexcellent customer service skills? Must have experience with MS Office Professional ?
