Review staffing needs and communicate with Clinical Operations management to ensure adequate resources are assigned to achieve program deliverables Develop, implement and manage program-level Clinical Operations budget and timelines, and communicate initial budget and changes to review bodies as appropriate Provide timely and accurate information to Project Management for program level tracking Prepare Clinical Operations deliverables for Business and Development Assessments, and coordinate Clinical Operations review and approval Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) with a minimum of eight years of clinical research experience, preferably in multiple phases A minimum of three years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager with accountability for managing study budgets, timelines and resources Knowledge of GCP and ICH Therapeutic knowledge preferred Occasional travel Strong leadership skills, and ability to communicate and demonstrate vision and commitment Effective influence and relationship management skills Demonstrated financial acumen in creating and managing clinical program budgets Ability to build successful collaborations with internal and external partners
