Arizona, our span is national with an increasing presence internationally. Our services include architecture, campus planning, town planning, landscape architecture, 3D visualization and graphics. We are currently looking for an individual to lead our Landscape Architecture Studio with a proven track record of design excellence and significant management expertise. Based in Baltimore, this person will be responsible for leading and developing an extremely successful Landscape Architecture studio. Responsibilities Provides leadership in project design, production, and management Designs strategies to address client budgets and needs Staffs and directs Landscape team Consults with clients, engineers and architects on specifications and needs of overall program Takes active role in marketing and interview processes while identifying and contacting new prospects Mentors junior landscape architects Designs, develops, modifies and reviews drawings for landscape architecture projects Develops solutions to technical problems Corrects and updates documents NOTES: Employer will assist with relocation costs Requirements 10 years of related experience, including five years design and managerial project responsibility Successful track record in leading high performance landscape architecture teams Highly adaptable and able to multi-task and prioritize job duties while working as part of a collaborative design team. Ability to travel up to 50%
