As part of this global/regional model, strong leads in major geographic region are required to drive innovation and regional impact and to rollout strategic global initiatives. This requires close collaboration between the GMO organization and the region to ensure the adoption of operational of global initiatives, processes and infrastructure, and to develop and share best practices and drive regional impact and innovation. This will be accomplished through these guiding principles:* Discipline and focus on the tasks to achieve identified goals* Accountability through standard service level agreements* Alignment of marketing, sales and operations across global, regional and local groups* Establish standards / common processes to optimize investment and scalability* Identify and act on short/mid-term wins* Drive global standards into regional activitiesThe GMO Global project manager is responsible for planning and managing execution of the GMO strategy in conjunction with GMO team SME leads. The GMO PM drives delivery of core GMO deliverables of critical GMO programs and services. GMO PM also drives deployment and change management within the region. The PM is a primary point of contact for regional sales and marketing deployment team leads, and is responsible for tracking progress and impact of both global and regional activites.
