Primary Responsibilities: Manages the marketing/communications dept. or a function within the marketing areas, i.e. advertising, public relations, etc. Works independently with broad general direction. Plans and evaluates marketing goals, strategies and concepts for Total Affordability Management (TAM) initiatives. Develops programs and materials to meet identified needs of the TAM initiatives and the respective program directors. Plans, manages and controls the creation of TAM communication materials to physicians, hospitals and other health care practitioners (such as marketing collateral, web content (internal and external), and letters/emails to network partners). May research and write articles for publication in support of a TAM initiative. Assists in the budget process. Assist in marketing research/analysis in support of a TAM initiative. Interface with program leads, Print Services Management and distribution vendor to ensure production/mail meets the program expectations. Qualifications: One year of project management experience required.
