Analyst. Ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all testing of back office system related functional changes and be a liaison between the IT department and Operations group. You will also be responsible for access coordinator role with system owners, project manage and coordinate all systems from inception to cutover in production environment, maintain all procedures for BCP purposes including technical procedures and network cutover procedures. Develop and maintain testing procedures for all back office system enhancements and related regression testing. Maintain environment (desktops and processes) at alternate site.
