Managing the construction services function on various projects Ensuring compliance with post-design standards by division personnel Hiring, training, supervising, evaluating, and mentoring construction personnel Advising CDM Technology Council, PPIC and senior management on construction related issues Reviewing construction services proposals. Job requires site visits (up to 10%-20% of time allocation) in which you may face environmental factors such as continuous climbing, exposure to loud noise, seasonal weather, and driving. Requirements A successful CDM candidate will have: Over 15 years of progressively more responsible construction services experience in environmental engineering facility construction B.S. in engineering required (post-graduate preferred, P.E. desired) Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to handle daily stress from the multiple and immediate demands of contractors operating under large financial constraints like equipment and personnel downtime.
