In this position you will: • Nurture existing client relationships and support opportunities for new business • Apply engineering and project management expertise while leading cross-functional resources to meet project requirements within established timeframes and budgets • Provide client consultation; drawing on professional expertise and deep knowledge of Sparling's menu of services • Develop and deliver client presentations • Hold project team members accountable for deliverables Qualifications we seek in a candidate: • Client-first approach in developing key relationships and delivering results • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, and at least 8 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience • PE registration strongly preferred • Experience designing power distribution systems, voice/data systems, and low voltage systems for the built environment • Knowledge of generator synchronization controls and fault analysis using sequence networks • Strong knowledge of regional healthcare, higher education, and life science communities including architects, engineers, contractors, and facilities • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects and teams to budget and schedule Investments we make in our people: • Full group insurance benefits •
