SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify for this position, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band or grade. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Experience managing operation and maintenance of projects that provide navigation, flood damage reduction, water management and supply, recreation, natural resources management, environmental stewardship, and regulatory functions. 2) Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to carry out complex projects or programs; oversee multiple complex projects/programs; resolve diverse viewpoints and controversial issues; anticipate problems, develop alternatives and recommend solutions for mission critical problems, policies and procedures. 3) Experience planning, managing, developing an allocating resources to effectively accomplish multiple projects or programs within budgeted goals or other experience that is closely related to this position. The experience described in your resume will be evaluated and screened for the Office of Personnel Management's basic qualifications requirements, and the skills needed to perform the duties of this position as described in this vacancy announcement.
