Job Description:
Provide customer focused process improvement and change leadership consulting services to improve operating costs, productivity, operating efficiency, beer/material yields, asset utilization, production flexibility, management systems and labor utilization in production operations. Must be able to successfully perform independently and in a team based work environment while providing consultant services involving a wide range of complex or multi-disciplined assignments requiring a high degree of integration and coordination. A strong ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization; including hourly technicians, corporate executives/departments and members of brewery management. Facilitates prioritization of the manufacturing strategy, monitors its progress and assures alignment with brewery objectives. Ensures development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), benchmarking and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). This position may require some travel. Relocation assistance available.Requirements: Desired education includes Bachelors and Masters Degree in Engineering or related disciplines. 10+ years relative experience.Advanced knowledge of WCM processes including, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and TPM; change leadership expertise, knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Asset care practices and strategies and short interval control. Requires strong knowledge of operations management and engineering concepts/methods.
