Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Creative, and IT to identify requirements and drive the functional design.GÇó Develop and champion the eCommerce deployment plan including delivery milestones, staffing, and budget.GÇó Build and lead a high performance development team of product managers, designers, software engineers, and QA staff.GÇó Establish software development processes that drive excellence and ensure on-time completion of deliverables.GÇó Create a team oriented work climate that enables professional development and encourages creative solutions and strategies, establishes collaboration and emphasizes quality and cost effectiveness.GÇó Drive innovation in product presentation and user experience.GÇó Lead by example with positive, can-do attitude.GÇó Execute and deliver assigned corporate initiatives.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:GÇó Strong understanding of industry standard eCommerce merchandising programs and technology.GÇó Ability to assess, recommend, build and integrate with off-the-shelf commercial and open-source software components.GÇó The ability to hire, motivate and lead a team.GÇó Experience supervising product managers, web designers, software developers, and QA testers.GÇó Strong leadership and management skills.GÇó Strong sense of priority, urgency and commitment to deadlines.GÇó Desire to take ownership and be proactive.GÇó Knowledge of application development lifecycle tools such as feature and bug tracking, build/version control, and automated test.GÇó Strong knowledge of project management best practices (waterfall to agile development).GÇó Process oriented and innovative while effectively balancing short term and long term business needs.GÇó Must be able to effectively manage expectations.GÇó Understand and communicate with a diverse set of leaders and associates at various levels and within various functional areas that impact the business.
