Qualifications: * Bachelors degree with minimum 9 years experience. Experience:* Experienced in tracking pursuits throughout the acquisition process. * Experienced in responding to RFPs. * Understanding of disciplined software development process (CMM). * Experience with the design, implementation, and deployment of Protection Level 3 systems. * Must have good interpersonal and communication skills. * Knowledge of Tailored Access; experience in such a plus. * System discrepancy reporting experience using ClearQuest a plus. * Unix environment experience a plus. * At least 4-5 years spent developing complex systems for the government or industry. * At least 5 years of SIGINT domain experience. * At least 5 years of providing technical direction throughout the life-cycle of complex hardware/software systems. * At least 1-2 years of experience developing complex systems utilizing a significant amount of COTS.Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
