Job Description:
An insurance agency in Greenwood Village, CO is in need of an experienced Customer Service Agent / Account Manager.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

Process new business claims for sales personnel as requested
New or Renewal Processing
Prepare Finance Contracts as needed
Billing Control
Endorsements and Cancellations
Take claim calls if necessary, advise producer of claim issues and follow up.

Requirements:

P and C License Active
Ability to be flexible with demands on an as need basis
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and in a friendly manner with clients/carriers
Ability to compose written communications with clients and carriers
Ability to analyze billings, coverage's, and other needs of clients and carriers
Understanding and working knowledge of the insurance coverage's specific to the department
Ability to cross sell or sell new business in the absence of other sales staff
