Job Description: ob responsibilities:
· Coordinate and conduct an HRIS software selection process including RFP preparation, response analysis, vendor short listing, coordinate vendor demonstrations, vendor and software selection.
· Develop and analyze client’s business needs and functional requirements and ensure that the application selected meets the client’s needs.
· Full life cycle project management from Kick-off to Go-Live of a global implementation of the selected HRIS solution and manage interdisciplinary project team of internal and external resources.
· Ensure that the project comes in on time, within budget and within scope.
· Create and maintain project plans to ensure project success.
· Maintain project budgets and report budget and project status to management.
· Assist management with hiring consulting staff that will become part of the project team by participating in the interview process.
· Assist clients in developing “best practices”.
· Identify technology solutions from clients’ needs.
· Manage the SDLC process for customizations to the software solution.
Job Requirements: Job Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in computer science or business related field; or equivalent experience.
• Must be proficient at translating business needs to technical solutions and highly experienced in requirements gathering, system and workflow analysis, functional specifications, and the software implementation process.
• Minimum of three years of experience managing global Human Resource Information Systems implementation projects required, including the implementation of packaged software and software customizations.
• Legal industry knowledge preferred.
• Any of the following are a plus: PMP Certification, PeopleSoft, Oracle, MS Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office. • Ability to design technology solutions to meet the clients business needs.
• Ability to multi-task between many activities.
• Self directed and self motivated.
• A strong commitment to long-term customer satisfaction.
