Job Description:
Responsibilities:

- Manage and implement strategic HR projects and initiatives.

- Partner with business leaders to help drive business

performance using sound HR knowledge.

- Drive diversity initiatives, employee development,

organization review and other key leadership development activities.

- Counsel managers and employees consistent with GMI policies/practices, legal considerations, etc. and facilitate

resolution of employee relations issues.

- Rollout and drive corporate programs (i.e. Climate

Survey, Benefits Enrollment, etc.).

- Identify and partner with internal and/or external

resources to deliver results.

- Lead organizational assessments and develop strategies

and tactics to address current issues and future needs.

- Hire, coach and influence business partners to utilize

sound management and leadership practices.

Qualifications:

The candidate for the Human Resources Manager position should have

a master's degree in business administration or a master's degree

in labor or industrial relations.

Should have 3-5 years of related work experience is required.

This candidate must have experience leading and supporting strategic initiatives, influencing others, and driving results.
