Job Description:
Under the direction of the Director of Training CCAD, the Assistant Director Education Nurse plans, conducts, and evaluates centralized orientation, staff development, and continuing education programs for the nursing personnel at CCAD. Develops and implements appropriate evaluation systems to determine the effectiveness of educational activities. Serves as a consultant to facilitate and enhance achievement of individual, department, divisional, and organizational goals for: Minimum 5 years experience as a clinical nurse to include 2 years as a staff development educator or academic instructor. Demonstrated knowledge of educational methodology such as needs assessment, curriculum development, instructional design and principles of adult learning.
