Job Description:
Establishes client set-up by studying sales order, specifications, and documentation provided by sales staff and ownership. * Implements systems by installing software; establishing parameters; initiating training contact and scheduling training outlines. * Maintains customer systems by troubleshooting system failures and accounting errors per customer contact by phone or email. * Maintains set-up records by documenting set-up, maintenance history, and upgrades. Maintains all training records, including intial set-up and any follow-up training required. * Prepares system operators by conducting training both online and onsite. Travel is required in the states of North and South Carolina to conduct onsite training. All expenses are reimbursed. * Updates software knowledge by participating in online and onsite educational opportunities provided monthly. * Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Skills/Qualifications: Problem Solving, Technical Zeal, Customer Service.
