This manager will be responsible for developing the vision, creating the content and assessing overall competency in both technical and soft skills in alignment with our growth strategy, in partnership with leadership and key Clinical Services stakeholders. * Develop the training and development strategy to help accomplish the Clinical Services Vision to Make it Personal. * Spearhead the development and ongoing use of an overall professional development competency model and gap assessment, including curricula review and delivery platforms. Target audiences include field and headquarters personnel. * Assess and select best options for content creation (make vs. buy), content delivery (HQ vs. Remote) and Tracking/documentation (central LMS vs. other). * Manage appropriate internal and external resources to design and/or deliver curriculum. * Create metrics to track and assess progress against desired state. * Benchmark world-class training development programs, both in and outside of the healthcare industry.
