Role includes team leadership. Drives process development and optimization.Essential FunctionsStrong knowledge in Demand Planning and Supply Chain processesAssist in facilitating the Global Sales Inventory and Operations Planning Process for assigned product linesAssist in the Global Demand Planning product forecasting process and strategy, resulting in a monthly Demand PlanProvide assistance for the creation of the monthly Supply Plan by the Manufacturing team and validate performance vs Demand PlanOrganize, facilitate, and provide analysis for the SI&OP meetings at both the working level and executive levelAssist in product Life Cycle management process, including analysis of performance and facilitating life cycle and business operating model (Make to Order vs Make to Stock) change managementManage the master data for planning and item group preference profiles of assigned SKUs in the distribution centers globallyDevelop forecast, backorders, planning data accuracy.
