Job Description:
Serves as the day-to-day lead within the Total Joint Replacement Center and supervises the development, implementation and organization of the program. While coordinating the efforts of the surgeons, hospital administration and staff, the Coordinator will monitor the progress of the program and identify opportunities for improvement. The Coordinator is also responsible for report generation and review, process / performance improvement, patient satisfaction, facilites review, capital and operating budgets and administrative activities for the Center.
