Provide weekly and monthly reports of secondary performance metrics that enable marketing and the field management to track the performance of each brand and their competitors over time. Incorporate relevant data and findings from primary research, competitive intelligence, forecasting and other areas as needed. Provide ad-hoc and recurring secondary data reports and analysis to marketing, sales management and senior management as requested. Work with primary research and other team members to develop strategic market assessments and summaries Work directly with brand teams, sales management and other support departments to identify key information needs and ensure needs are being met. Evaluate and select appropriate data sources for analyses. Assist with team efforts to develop automated reporting and data management systems. Develop and administer report and document management systems to maximize accessibility of secondary, syndicated and primary research information. Work with Director to develop annual secondary research plan for assigned brands. Presentation of research findings to brand team, sales management and senior management Demonstrate required competencies on a consistent basis. Demonstrate company values on a consistent basis.
