Candidate must have more than two years of industry related data management experience, a college degree and advanced computer literacy. Familiarity with medical terminology, knowledge of industry specific terms and GCP principles required. Related industry coursework and/or CCDM accreditation is a plus. The successful candidate should be self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills especially with regards to listening to and following direction. They should also have the ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a team environment. Responsibilities: The Clinical Data Manager (CDM) is responsible for the general management of the clinical studies from new study setup through database lock. This may include supervising/training less experienced and/or temporary staff. Below are the primary tasks for which the CDM is responsible or activities in which the CDM may be involved: Protocol review Develop CRF drafts & identify edit checks Manage lab reference ranges & toxicity grade documentation Create lab schedule tables Perform new study CRF & database setup testing Develop study related data management documents (DRG, DMP & data conventions) Develop site/CRA training package & train site/CRA Create Master CRF Binder and coordinate CRF binder printing, assembly & distribution Data verification (data entry) and query generation/resolution.
