Job Description:
Lead/Participate on Global and Local Project Teams. Provide technical support to manufacturing departments through the Product/Process Teams. Serve as technical liaison with regulatory agencies (e.g. FDA, CDC, WHO) and outside companies on technical manufacturing matters. Lead or participate in technical projects and assignments, including evaluation of new technologies, supporting Business Development initiatives, analysis of operational impact of regulatory changes, recommendations and development of capital projects, feasibility studies, etc. Enhance the supply chain by providing technical support for licensed products. Participate in data analysis, make process improvement recommendations, and implement changes to improve the quality, reliability and efficiency of manufacturing operations. Maintain high level of regulatory compliance in manufacturing operations by contributing to compliance initiatives. Maintain frequent communication and information exchange with technical counterparts at the global level.
