We\'re seeking an experienced Online Editorial Director who will be responsible for the strategic development and management of exciting new editorial products on CafeMom.com. In this role, you will manage a team of writers/editors and produce original content. You will be directly responsible for setting and meeting traffic goals for your editorial sections. This is a hands-on job that requires excellent managerial and multitasking skills. Responsibilities: * Help define strategy and vision for editori Build and manage a team of writers * Manage the editorial calendar with sales and product teams. * Develop partnerships with third-parties to enhance content on CafeMom * Analyze site statistics to develop content strategies and tactics that will drive maximum traffic * Set voice and tone for editorial content * Develop a deep understanding of the CafeMom community and ensure that all content produced speaks to that community * Work closely with the Sales and Product team to ensure the seamless integration of partner and product initiatives Qualifications: * 10 years of editorial and media experience * 5+ years managing teams.
