The Network Program Manager will develop programs with pharmacies, and coordinate internal implementation and/or implementation drive by a service provider or directly by the pharmacy. This role is also responsible for evaluating program performance and assessing both the consumer experience and financial impact of the various programs. The ability to manage multiple programs and a variety of stake-holders is essential. Responsibilities * Direct the development of pharmacy programs to achieve a variety of goals, including greater consumer engagement and financial performance. * Develop relationships with pharmacies to enhance program participation. * Evaluate program outcomes with a variety of methods, including claims data and surveys, and to assess a variety of goals, including consumer satisfaction and financial outcomes. * Engage pharmacies to understand, evaluate and selectively activate their own programs. * Evaluate strategies at a book of business level as well as for specific markets or customers. * Work with other parts of the organization to develop program requirements, including systems development needs, and manage all components to completion.
