Job Description:
Merck Research Laboratories (MRL) Phase II-IV clinical trials. Must effectively lead the clinical trial team through the lifecycle of clinical trial management of planning and execution for assigned trials implemented worldwide. Must effectively liaise with all participating functional areas that are represented at the clinical trial team as well as subsidiary personnel, Clinical Research Operations (CROps) Are a Management and CROps Business Integration. Position is accountable for the overall protocol, meeting agreed to timelines and enrollment goals. Qualifications Required- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to create and work in high performance teams and/or matrix organization. Must be able to collaborate to resolve issues. Must be able to articulate clear operations strategy. Must have understanding of functional are a responsibilities associated with the clinical development process. Must demonstrate strong project management, communication (oral and written), and analytical skills. Demonstrated track record of working independently with limited supervision, and ability to make dat a driven decisions. Must have problem solving experience and must effectively manage conflict. Education Requirements- Four year or equivalent ex-US degree from accredited university in Business, Technical, or Life Sciences with 8+ years work experience to include a minimum of 3 years of clinical trial experience; or advanced degree with 4+ years work experience in include.
