Job Description:
Responsibilities:Develop and execute experienced recruiting strategy for tax practices.Build and sustain client relationships with key stakeholders including practice leadership, human resources and all levels of management.Manage full recruiting lifecycle including identifying, screening, interviewing and negotiating offers with candidates.Participate in New York Metro Recruiting Team projects and initiatives including alumni, university and diversity sourcing activities.Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and firm compliance requirements.Identify creative sourcing channels to maintain a network of potential candidates within the market community.Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders through meetings and detailed reporting packages.Plan, execute and participate in internal and external recruiting events.Provide direction to Sourcing Associates.Requirements:5+ years full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in a professional services, technology or consulting organization that demonstrates steady progression and advancement with increased responsibilities. Prior experience recruiting senior professionals.Experience conducting national searches inclusive of developing customized market staffing plans with a multi-channel approach. Demonstrated ability of building and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders, candidates and all levels of management.Strong knowledge of recruiting policy, procedures and applicant tracking systems.
