The Operations Analyst will provide support for operational aspects of the staffing function to include:1. Coordination of compliance-related activities. 2. Administration of applicant tracking system. 3. Coordination of employee referral program. 4. Work with and monitor performance of vendors supporting recruiting operations. 5. Analyze and recommend changes to policies, processes and tools based on new learnings and customer input.6. Ensure the data integrity of existing information.7. Leverage technology appropriately to improve service levels and/or reduce costs.8. Provide reports around relevant metrics, analyze results and strive for continuous improvement.9. This role will also assist with the effective learning/training and communications throughout the Talent Acquisition organization. Job Requirements: * Strong communication skills - oral and written* Customer Orientation and Continuous Improvement Focus* Technology and Business Process orientation* 3 years of recruiting related experience* Bachelors degree in HR or Business discipline required or country equivalent* Understanding of regional legal environments.
