The director of Recruiting roles is to effectively implement a recruiting strategy that will maximize its efforts to reach student athletes and coaches of student athletes from the five boroughs as well as Suffolk & Nassau counties of long Island. The goal of the director is to bring student athletes who will benefit from our program and excel in a prep or boarding school environment. The director of recruiting is also responsible for developing relationships with middle school administrations, and youth organizations making them aware of our program and the good we can do for those student athletes who might be struggling in their current school environment. The director of recruiting will be responsible for the flow of student athletes that prep step will be able to help and placement in productive and competitive learning environments. Additional Qualifications: Must have participated in Multiple highschool sports teams. Must have played on at least one NCAA college sports team. Must be knowledgeable in the rules and regulations in the following sports: Football Basketball Lacrosse Baseball / Softball Soccer Must be able to recognize and evaluate talent in the previously stated primary sports that Prep Step deals with.
