Texas, metropolitan area has an immediate need for a Manufacturing Manager. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient manufacturing process related to critical power systems. This position will employ lean manufacturing techniques, by setting goals and making recommendations to Production Managers and Technical Leads. Additional responsibilities include working in a team environment with Manage Logistics, Engineering, Sales, HR and Executive Management. The Manufacturing Manager must be a leader and be able to develop and present plans for each division to improve all manufacturing process. All candidates applying for this position must have previous management or supervisory experience. It is preferred that candidates have a BSME or BSEE degree. Five years of manufacturing supervision experience can be substituted for college education. Candidates must possess skills in lean manufacturing, shop floor control, quality standards, safety programs, and participative management. Any additional qualities are a plus.
