TX Manufacturing Manager - FabricationA leading manufacturer and designer of high quality fabricated products has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing manager in their south Texas location. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in related shop leadership and/or a Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, experience is necessary in welding processes such as sheet metal arc welding (SMAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), and flux core arc welding (FCAW). Candidate must also be able to interpret piping (pressure vessel) blue prints and have knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements.This position will have a broad management responsibility of a large fabrication shop which will include interpreting drawings, applying modern shop technology, scheduling, supervision and attainment of management goals. This position will require extra hours and meeting deadlines.This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organization.
