American Golf Corporation currently has an exciting opportunity available at their corporate office located in Santa Monica, CA for a Workers Compensation Manager. We are seeking an energetic and experienced professional to manage and coordinate all phases of the Worker’s Compensation and Loss Control programs for American Golf Corporation, multi-state. Essential job duties include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement loss control programs at all AGC golf courses and country clubs Manage and track annual Safety Audit programs Develop and conduct W.C. and loss control training presentations Maintain Corporate Office OSHA log and distribute annual OSHA logs and information to all AGC properties Manage all safety related programs and workplace safety audits. Aggressively manage Worker’s Compensation claims and oversee TPA and insurance company adjusters in order to bring claims to cost effective closure Monitor investigations, light duty/lost time issues and litigated claims Conduct quarterly audits with the broker, TPA and insurance companies. Education: BA preferred. IEA and/or ARM certification a plus. At least 3-5 years experience in Worker’s Compensation and Loss Control required.
