Thorough knowledge of claims investigation techniques as well as the medical and legal aspects of a claim Ability to plan, prioritize and organize claims workload for the unit Demonstrates good interpersonal skills including verbal and written communications BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 3+ years of claims experience Xactimate experiences strongly preferred.
