Ensures all employees have correct instructions, as well as availability of materials for production of client\'s printed product.2. Monitors production, analyze information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems. 3. Provides information to manager, co-workers, and subordinates of workload and any problems. 4. Develops procedures and techniques to reduce process variation and manufacturing delays, while increasing productivity.5. Assists team in improving processes by collecting and analyzing production and financial data.6. Promotes safe working conditions through equipment maintenance and housekeeping, as well as ensuring proper safety practices are followed. 7. Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish group objectives.8. Hires, trains and develops, and measures employee performance to goals and standards. 8. Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.9. Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field and three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Five to seven years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment may be substituted for education.2.
