Primary Function: Administers and maintains an organization's insurance programs. Analyzes insurance needs and secures optimum coverage for the organization. Responsible for overall management and direct supervision of the Insurance Department of Great Western Bank. Primary responsibility includes control of the planning, organizing, staffing and operating activities of all insurance line department, while creating sales, service and quality standards. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 5 years commercial insurance experience with a multi line insurance agency or brokerage operation. Commercial lines product knowledge and risk management expertise. Sales/negotiation experience with proven track record of successful results. Aggressive, self starter with minimal supervision required. Valid insurance licenses.
