Job Description:
The Plant/Operations Manager leads a team of production partners, including supervisors, to successfully manage all aspects of a fast paced $20 million manufacturing plant of diverse product lines. Responsibilities include monitoring a budget, Health and Safety initiatives, scheduling production flow, material costs, material management, P&L management and process improvements. Manager also ensures production and delivery of quality products, consistent with customer requirements. This position is required to develop new policies, methods and procedures. Motivate, train and direct employees. Continuous Improvement initiatives. This is a high level management position with key management responsibility and accountability for the bottom line results.
