Job Description:
Job Functions: Management - General, Real Estate / Mortgage - The Facility Manager position is assigned a portfolio of approximately 50 bank properties with the responsibility for day to day operation and maintenance of the buildings including contracting of supporting services, infrastructure project management and coordination, occupancy and capital expenditure budgets, tenant relations and various other building and bank initatives. Success in this position requires frequent and effective interaction with the Asset Manager, building tenant/bank occupants,other Real Estate service units, other JPMorgan Chase service units and vendors and contractors including building and route engineers. Through knowledge of building operations, engineering, and accounting with no less than 3 years comperable property management experience.
