Meet minimum expectations of the intern position as outlined in the District Sales Manager Intern guide to ensure continual learning and improved understanding necessary for the success of this position.4. Maintain production requirements in order to satisfy the program objectives.5. Maintain positive working relationships and communication with field management, support staff and agents, as well as home office personnel. Qualifications Sales management skills Successful experience as an insurance sales agent Knowledge of insurance products and marketing philosophies Strong communication.
