Department: Children's Consulting NursesSalary: DOEHours: 0.6, Days & Evenings with intermittent weekend availability requiredLocation: 70th & Sand Point WayProvides clinical leadership for the daily operation of Childrens On Call and Childrens Resource Line. Supervises a team of registered nurses. Responsible for the orientation and training of new RN staff, as well as monitoring of RN competency. Contributes to program planning, continuous process improvement and excellence in customer service. Works collaboratively with the Consulting Nurses manager to achieve optimal nursing practice outcomes. Requires: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, at least 5 years pediatric nursing experience, at least 3 years pediatric or telehealth nursing experience with progressive and proven leadership ability, current Washington State RN license, and current CPR certification.
