Job Description:
Responsibilities: Represent firm at various local health, senior resource, and other events and fairs most often held on Saturdays. Preparing for event by collecting and assembling media kits, brochures, department laptop and DVD\s, volunteer signup sheets, and other items for display table. Assist with event set up and take down. Attend event table, hand out brochures, answer questions, solicit volunteer signups. Maintain photos and display board for event table. Visit other agencies and vendors at said fairs and events by introducing firm, trading business cards, collecting agency information, soliciting presentations for senior membership meetings.
