Minimum 12+ years of communications experience with an expertise in media outreach and health communications; HHS agency experience is strongly preferred - Strong project management skills and experience - Successful track record of managing large government contracts with 5- year contract value of $10 million dollars or more - Proven ability to lead wining proposal efforts for large government contracts ($10 million or more) and winning recompetes - Strong strategic and innovative thinker - Strong presentation and writing skills - Ability to develop and track client budgets while remaining profitable - Proven experience managing and inspiring teammates and developing strong positive relationships with staff and clients - Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Health Care or a related discipline; a Master's Degree is preferred - Candidates who have experience and familiarity with NIH, and experience working at a major PR firm are preferred Applicants should be detail and deadline oriented, have a can do attitude and be able to handle numerous tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
