They will directly manage the Customer Service Account Executives. They will also have matrix management responsibility for Field Claim AVP's. The goal for this position is to align all strategies and efforts to grow and retain the regional business through the provision of excellent services. This is a market facing role responsible for establishing and retaining broker and client relationships which directly impact the bottom line as well as top line growth. They will assist in the effort to further integrate Claims into North America Commercial through the Deliver One Zurich initiative. They will work collaboratively with leaders across North America Commercial to ensure a unified, cohesive approach on go to market strategies, to leverage and work collaboratively on business optimization and cross sell, and to ensure proper internal practices and compliance matters are adhered to in accordance with enterprise protocols. This is an exceptional opportunity to use your technical claims knowledge and maintain oversight of claims handling while also having the opportunity to directly interface with clients and brokers to share the Zurich value proposition and see that business is both brought into the organization and retained through the delivery of excellent service. Job Qualifications We seek an experienced technical claims leader with experience handling loss sensitive accounts. Experience in workers' compensation, property and liability is preferred. Ten plus years of people management experience is required.
