The successful candidate will: develop and nurture partnership relationships and leverage resources from the community to support appropriate programs; develop marketing strategies, growth strategies and change management; implement strategic marketing plans; consult with senior business and organizational management, setting quantitative goals for partnership expansion and evaluating performance, while overseeing a staff of eighteen and a budget of more than $7.5 million. The Executive Director will oversee and facilitate the development, implementation and coordination of all programs and participate in the development of guidelines and monitoring of funded projects; facilitate development and implementation of programmatic outreach strategy; and build financial resources while increasing the visibility of the Office of Partnerships. The Executive Director will advise the Board of Supervisors and local government officials on issues under the purview of the Office of Public/Private Partnerships. MinimumQualifications: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in public administration or a related area; plus seven years of progressively responsible work in management or public administration, with related experience in developing and administering public and or private partnerships.
