Job Description:
Develop and implement methods to increase efficiency and accuracy of staff and processes. Help subordinates achieve PPR objectives by providing guidance, support, resource management and leadership. Perform ad hoc ancillary analysis and management reporting related to the financial results and/or plans of the Division. Respond to inquiries related to the financial results (balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash) of the Division from Senior Management and Corporate Financial Executives including researching and explaining material variances to budget/forecasts. Supervise and review the research, preparation and response of all third party participation audits to the Participation\'s Department.Requirements BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, business or related field required. CPA or equivalent is preferred. 10 + years of experience in accounting/finance. Experience in the entertainment industry and international business is strongly preferred. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP required, preferably in an International environment. Advanced proficiency in Excel. SAP experience required. System implementation experience and working with multiple, complex systems a plus. Must possess quantitative analysis skills.
