Ensuring all US trades are booked and confirmed appropriately in required time scales and handling US trade fails - Daily managing clients activities processing - Managing and setting up of internal procedures for NY operations, as appropriate - Monitor daily work activity, formulate associate goals, and assist in forecasting staffing requirements according to departmental duties and responsibilities - Handle Relationship with Front Office for all US trades - Participation in the settling up of new Business lines, markets and activities for the New York Broker Dealer - Regular Management Reporting - Liaison with Service Providers inc Clearing Arrangements TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: ESSENTIAL Deep experience in settlement procedures inc DTC and Euroclear Proven Abilities to adapt and improve workflows using system enhancements Knowledge of products and services - Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives A solid knowledge of NASD rules and regulations applicable to Operations Regulatory Reporting - ACT, OATs etc Ability to manage projects
