Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, related Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.15 years related experience as a Resident Engineer, Project Manager, and/or Construction Manager on water or wastewater related projects, design through construction. Projects should include those over $50 million.Proficient in using MS Word and Excel. Experience with project management software systems, such as Prolog, Expedition, Constructware, Excel based, etc.Must obtain negative result on drug screen performed in accordance with URS drug testing policy. Job Description : Will provide site management of field operations and inspection services for tunnels and large diameter pipelines for new and retrofit projects in Northern California. Tasks include client and contractor interface, development of field management procedures, contract administration and reporting, oversight of code inspectors and materials testing laboratory including budgets, scheduling, quality control and assurance, and staff management. Will review and provide recommendations for RFI's, submittals, changes and claims, and pay requests. Will maintain red line drawings and current contract documents. Provide oversight and leadership for tie-ins, for start-ups and training, O&M manuals, and for project close-out.
