Job Description:

EST/PM must be extremely detail oriented and able to turn work around in short periods of time; once an A&B is logged in by Architecture, the EST/PM has approximately 3 to 5 days to prepare and distribute the cost. Other responsibilities: Capital improvement projects. Maintain job cost out files and logs of incoming and outgoing cost out work. Work as a liaison with Architecture and Leasing to facilitate the creation of the most accurate and timely cost out. Review each cost out with Construction Director and distribute the cost out package to the Leasing, Architecture and Asset Management Departments. Review plans, submit for permit and coordinate bid meeting with contractors. Gather and summarize all bids. Supervise projects through the construction process. Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in the construction industry, with a combination of estimating and project management. Must be familiar with estimating all aspects of material and labor for commercial buildings. Proficient in reading CAD drawings and blueprints. Must be able to assess and survey job site conditions and solve field problems.
