Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.* Professional Engineer license. * Minimum 20 years related experience, which includes construction, engineering, project management and business development experience.* Minimum 10 years plans and specifications interpretation experience.* Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel. * Good oral and written communication skills. Candidate will be required to have the skills to clearly communicate with client & management. Must also be able to document and present work in a clear and concise manner.* Good supervisory and interpersonal skills. * Valid Driver's license. Job Description : In this position, candidate will lead and direct the Construction Management practice for the Wastewater/Waste Management Business Unit in the Paramus, NJ office. Candidate will lead a multi-discipline group on large Federal, State or local (NYC area) projects dealing with wastewater treatment, waste management and water resources design and construction. Responsibilities include:* Successful execution of current workload and backlog.* Management of project staff, schedules and budgets.* Preparation and presentation of proposals.* Participation in business development efforts and networking with clients.
