Expanding contracting firm needs a and organized and proactive full-charge bookkeeper with quickbooks and construction experience.DutiesPreparing financial statements.Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.Job costingManaging bank and general ledger reconciliations, as well as payroll processing.Performing month-end closings.Tracking fixed assets and preparing depreciation schedules.Preparing the trial balance. Working with outside CPA on special projects.The right person needs to be a self starter who is able to multitask effectively. Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills are essential. Strong knowledge of Excel and Quickbooks are mandatory. This company is requiring at least three years experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper within the construction industry.
