Daily supervision of Audit Staff during fieldwork, meetings and in house work Assisting in creating draft financial statements and related disclosures Creating draft audit and review reports and material weakness letters for management review Performing analytical procedures, control testing, and substantive testing for audit engagements Communicating detailed analysis of audit findings to Audit Manager or Partner Working within budgetary and time constraints Monitoring and reporting the productivity of staff and adherence to work plan schedules to Audit Manager or Partner Working with Managers and Partners in the areas of risk assessment, planning audit engagements and developing audit reports Keeping informed of GAAP, GAAS and industry developments and their effects on audit engagements Communication Developing an understanding of the client's business Be able to address concerns and offer resolution services to our clients in a timely manor. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of audit experience in public accounting for Staff and 5 years for Sr. Associates and Management. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business CPA (or demonstrated progress toward obtaining CPA) BIG 4 is a plus
